October 19, 2015 - The Rainy Day Not-So-Blues
The last little while has been quite a whirlwind of emotion and hectic running around (I can't complain). I haven't blogged in some time so lets just catch up, Fashion month had come to a close so everything calmed down a little bit. We were in New York City for Fashion week which was amazing, exciting, caffeinated and crazy as I had my collection in collaboration with Want My Look premiere in Manhattan. My collection launches with them online in the beginning of November so I am super ecstatic.
Since I have been back in Vancouver, I've been spending a lot of time with my face buried in my sketch books drawing, redecorating our penthouse, looking at new fabrics to reupholster our sofas and kind of just going crazy with home furnishings and decors.
The weather has cooled off a lot and the leaves have either completely fallen off the tree or are bright orange and red which is great because I get to pull out all of my Autumn clothing and buy lots of new faux fur and coats which excites me.
Next week, James and I are heading to London and Paris which will be busy and beautiful. We have lots on our list of what to do and my suitcase is already being prepared in my mind of what outfits to bring as I am totally taking advantage of all the beauty that will soon be around us.
I just bought a new 50mm lens for my Nikon and got a GoPro so I am planning to post a Vlog on YouTube. I apologize for not being active on Youtube, its just been a very busy time and was having issues saving onto my hard drive (not sure why) but now it is resolved so I will be back soon!
